Fh6 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the fh6 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services we offer.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fh6 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Use of the fh6 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Be a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident;
- Not prohibited by any local law or court order from using online betting or gambling services;
- Registering in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
Fh6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity and eligibility at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or inaccurate, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the fh6 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, active email address, phone number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. fh6 recommends using a strong, unique password. Never share your password or login details with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence that the account was accessed without authorisation.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. fh6 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions
Fh6 platform users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using any part of our services:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner;
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities in the betting or gaming system;
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account;
- Posting harmful, offensive, or defamatory content in any communication channel provided by the platform;
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the fh6 platform;
- Accessing the platform from a region or jurisdiction where such services are legally prohibited.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and fh6 reserves the right to pursue legal action where circumstances warrant.
Payment Information, Transactions & Account Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the fh6 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via available local payment methods, including eWallets and internet banking. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are in the name of the registered user only.
Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. fh6 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, as a standard security measure.
Account Suspension & Closure
Fh6 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In the case of a legitimate account closure, any existing balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, except in confirmed cases of fraud where the balance may be frozen pending investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. All closure requests are subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The fh6 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. fh6 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes or service disruptions.
Fh6 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. We will endeavour to minimise system downtime, but cannot guarantee continuous availability under all circumstances, including third-party disruptions or events beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fh6 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the intellectual property of fh6 and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from fh6.
Third-Party Links
Where the fh6 platform contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. fh6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access such websites at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Fh6 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the fh6 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the fh6 platform or this document shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms provided under Malaysian law, and users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
